Mortgage holders who sued when virtual Pokemon were put on their property without consent have achieved a settlement with amusement organization Niantic.
The lawful activity began after Pokemon Go players looked for consent to get advanced animals put in private gardens.
Abused mortgage holders looked for pay, saying the amusement established a “proceeding with intrusion”.
